Actually a movie version of Captain America is in the works slated for a July 2009 release (according to imdb.com).
BTW, let's try to limit this to characters from comic BOOKS, not STRIPS.

I don't know my comic book superhero history like I should so this may or may not have had a movie yet. I was thinking of Green Lantern and/or hawk man for having thier own movie on the big screen.

We've seen everyone except one of the biggest names ever. CAPTAIN AMERICA!!!!!!!! Why doesn't he have his film yet!!! I can even let Daredevil slide by, but the day that they made the punisher, was the day that I refused to see another film version of a comic book character. There have been the horrible old versions that were only on video, and everyone is talking about the possibility of a film in the next few years, but until I SEE a preview, I'm on strike.
Thanks for this question, because it really needs to be thought about. Where is Captain America? Give him his due!

I want to see Dream..from the Sandman comics by Neil Gaiman. That would be totally awesome. Also I want to see The Preacher movie..At one time they were gonna do it but the movie fell through.
And for the final movie I wanna see is The Darkness !!!.. I heard they were making this into a movie..I hope they do it right and not mess it up.

Deadman might make an extremely good flick... with today's technologies, eco-friendly Latern and the Flash could make for some tremendously cool video clips as properly. specific, certainly i think of Calvin & Hobbes could desire to be relaxing, somewhat once you think of of what David & Teddy did in "A.I." I even have study GROO for years yet, I purely don't be responsive to if it could be a action picture that could finally end up from now on effective than "George of the Jungle" did a decade in the past. specific, Brendan Frasure in all probability might play Groo.

I think that the Adam @ Home comic could make it to the movies beacuse it is funny but not too out there...I would like to see that come out.

how about the archies, Green Lantern , justice league of america. wonder woman,captin america even though i knwo they made a movie already but a better one. avengers. hopefully iron man soon. but i would love to see an live action movie of dragonabllz .,naruto, and bleach even though there manga but they we good movies
