For some reason Yahoo answers didn't post this question so am trying again. Wonder if cos it was related to Yahoo??? What it is I am on Yahoo.co.uk email address and today it's been driving me daft. I can get in to my mail box but when I click on to new emails the screen just remains frozen, same with sending I can type them up etc and they just will not send. Is it a problem to anyone else today?

For the first problem, I would contact the Yahoo! tech support team @ 1.866.3425. For the second, make sure your contacts are in your email addresses--there shouldn't be a sending problem, but if so tell the Yahoo! tech support team. If you try my recommendation BEFORE you make the call for the first problem, if it shouldn't work you can tell the techs about both problems; kill "two birds with one stone."

My wife had a similar problem yesterday on the laptop, but it worked fine on our other machine. Try deleting temporary files in internet explorer. (Tools>options>delete files)

I had that problem yesterday. seems to be ok today though.
