im trying to make two black skirt tetra mate.how???????

You can't really make them.. You have to give them the wter and other requirements they need Here's infomation about how to set up for breeding Black skirts:

.. Like any other animal fish mate. This means you will need a male and female.
But some fish are dangerous to breed like Betta fish. If they are left in at wrong times or for too long they will kill eachother.
I suggest starting out with guppies which can live together.

raise temp couple degrees feed live food. works for cichlids.
