I dance in the living room all the time! That's where my kids learned to dance (now they're better than me!)
We dance in the kitchen and all the rest of the house when
we're cleaning or just don't want to do anything else.....
I didn't realize so many other people do it, too!!
alot of people ask why and I always thought it was a
dumb question!!
It's fun, quality time and exercise (without realizing it)
have fun!

It IS a blast! I can't get my hubby to join me in my regular "dance parties." Oh well, I'll get him up one day. Er, oh forget it.

pshhh!!! all the time.. i dance everywhere.. kitchen, room, living room, shower, in the line at the grocery store.. i love to dance.. great exercise
