There is only one but it is dangerous so few people attempt it.
You only need have a five gallon bucket with handle. When stormy weather with lightning moves your way over the horizon reader should be climbing a steel radio transmission tower of an off-the-air transmitter location. There will be good ladder to the warning lamp at very top. Wrap one arm around lamp to grab metal lightening rod. Use other hand to set bucket base atop rung the feet share. One foot must enter bucket. Rain will wet feet and pool in bucket which is helpful to conduct the bolt that will feel oddly attracted in its elemental way. Say the magic spell over and over, "THISAIN'TGONNAHURTTHISAIN'TGONNAHURT ... "

Do not mess with weather magic. If you were any type of serious student of magic, you'd already know this. Messing with weather magic upsets the natural balance of nature and can have very drastic results.

Weather magick is nothing to mess with!! By trying to attract lighting you could start a chain of events that no one wants!! I accidentally started a sever thunder storm by reading a book on elemental weather magick.

The one where you stand in the middle of an open field with a 10 foot metal rod in your hands and hold it up during a lightning storm. You chant whatever you want, although shouting "I'm an idiot" seems to work pretty well.

Good luck!

Well, unless it's magical to stand under a tree, soaking wet in a thunderstorm, holding a metal wire above your head, I have no idea.

All you need is a good metal rod. Spells aren't necessary for this task.
