is it true that when a women is on her period that having an orgasm helps with the cramps ?

That's the first time I've heard of that but hey, try it and even if it doesn't work, at least you had nice tingly orgasm.

Orgasm is just a very small part of helping cramps. Since many couples prefer not to have sex when the female is having her period, there are other things to do to help cramps. One and the biggest thing to do is-Exercise. Stretching those stomach muscles by exercise will do wonders.

Yep. Orgasm releases endorphines and works out the stomach muscles which release a lot of the tension in the uterus resulting in less pain. Any exercise can have this affect. Exercising during menses is a great idea.

I heard it was true but I don't know about you but if I was having bad cramps sex would be the last thing on my mind. Take some midol and go to bed you will have the same outcome.

orgasms release natural chemicals into the body to make the woman feel better, natural pain relievers. i know that it works for headaches but i have no clue about cramps

yes. just like chocolate is supposed to help. (O)s also help with headaches. just be careful when having sex during your period unless you want a baby....

I heard that, but i also heard it makes u bleed heavier for a bit. since ur kinda clearing out a bit.
