Marge, she is a loving Mom, yet she has flaws. She also has hilarious one liners, like the time she opens a bag Homer brings home (it has condoms, whiskey, porn mags and pantyliners that he bought to cover up that he was buying fireworks) and she says "Homer I don't know what you have planned for tonite, but count me out!" Hilarious!!
EDIT: I also like Ralphie Wiggum "It tastes like burning!"
