well, if you've seen one of the movies (i forget which one) a group of ladies had taken one of this gloves with the knives/claw things. It's not really his hand. It's his gloves.That's why only one of his hands has the claw. I bet most people don't know this. But if you want to be more detailed he takes off the sharp glove and wipes his butt. Then he gets off the toilet and washes his hands (hopefully). Then he puts the glove back on and kills people in their dreams.

With toilet paper. Just like everyone else.
Maybe his butt is also made of steel so he doesn't cut himself, he just leaves lots of scratches and he has to polish it up to a shine once a week or so.

He's only got the one clawed hand. Then again he's horribly burned, so that exit might be closed. Besides, I doubt he eats anything besides souls.
