http://www.gojane.com is one of my favorite online stores. Wetseal, forever21, Alloy, and Old Navy are also cute.

Target is always a great option because, unlike some stores that don't focus solely on selling clothes, they are up to date in fashion and they are very reasonably priced.

Also, if you have a Marshalls, Ross or TJ Maxx, they usually carry clothes that department stores don't have room for, or maybe are sized wrong (but are still new and wearable). Sometimes you have to search through the racks, but I have always had great luck at finding super cute clothes, shoes and handbags.

I actually even found a pair of Coach sandals for less than $50 at Marshalls!

H & M, Old Navy, Wet Seal, Deb, Target- Target actually has a lot of cute clothes for very good prices.

Old Navy, Kohls, Target, Alloy (this is a catalog and online store), Forever21, TJ Maxx, Jcpenney, DEB, Charlette Russe, Marshall's and Aeropostale has sales sometimes. Hope I helped! If this doesn't you can research it.
