i am going for a job interview with the state as a probaton officer. I need some tough questions to prepare for it

What would you consider your greatest strength?

What would you consider your greatest weakness?

Tell me 1 thing about your last job that gave you the most satisfaction? Why?

Have you done anything in your present/previous job that went beyond what was required?

Describe a decision you made or a situation that you would have handled differently if you had to do it over again?

What are your career goals?

Give an example when you made a mistake on the job & how you handled it.?
