The tail will grow back in time, however, it is unlikely to resemble the original. The wound may heal without requiring treatment since the tail is designed to break off, however it can be treated with neosporin to prevent infection.

It sounds like whilst a tadpole is interior the final stages of dropping its tail because it is going to become a frog, for this reason why Crested Geckos lacking their tails are called 'frog-butts.' purely make beneficial that the wound closes remarkable and shows no indicators of an infection. Your animal would be a splash disoriented together because it adjusts to not having a huge unbelievable element off its rear end, so be careful whilst coping with in case it takes a bounce of religion.

it'll grow back in about a month or so. it'll purpley and swollen though... it's just because when you were handling it yo grabbed it's tail. when the geko trys to get away it tightens all of its tail muscles and it pops off and wiggles still for an hour or so

It'll grow back. They look funny for a while, and the new one might be a strange colour, but they grow back.
