I just recently met a lady from Ghana and I am intrigued. I don't know enough about the culture and I know it takes time to get to know someone. So I am curious to know if anyone can shed some light on what to expect when it comes to a women from Ghana. I don't care if you were friends or dated I just want to know what are some of the cultural expectations. Of course if you are a woman from Ghana, I am open to your opinion also.

I am a woman from Ghana and I would say that generally speaking we love to laugh and are enthusiastic people we are very family-oriented meaning if our family doesn't approve of you or see you fit then we will feel the same. We more impressed by the way a man can intelluctually stumulate our minds, we like well rounded people and respect is also very high on our priority list and thing else you want to know just me!

I would say exotic. I think that in the TV series ROOTS the
black slaves were from ghana, and they were very attractive.
