I am substituting a class today religious education, and they are in year 2 of confirmation. And i would like to ask if any of you teacher outs there, can lend me a hand and tell me some ideas, that i could share with the class.
for example, questions that i can ask, or things to say.
I have a few written down, but its not enough for one hour and half. Please i would greatly appriciate it.

Two years for confirmation? Glad I'm an anglo-catholic. But to answer your question, delve into their knowledge of the sacraments, history of the church, who the current leaders are, both local and world wide, and what church position is on current social issues and how this affects them. Hope this is of some help and good luck.

They must have a book with a lesson plan. I've taught Faith Formation for years and they've always given me a book. (I was a substitute for most of those years.) If not borrow a kid's book and just glance through it and have them do an exercise out loud. Good luck! It will be a breeze. If things get bad just have them write an essay on What confirmation means to them. It works every time. lol.
