I hate mirrors!!! I sware it takes me three full mirrors to see my freaking reflection. I'm like 12000 pounds, I have ashy skin, my face is covered in pimples, my hair never looks good. I can go on forever. I'm tired of looking this way. I've tried workouts, cutting down, etc. but it seems like nothing helps. I don't have any self-confidence so don't tell me it's a psychological problem. No one thinks I'm pretty but family, and a few friends. But they can't tell you you're ugly. I mean that's cold. But does anyone know of any thing that can help me? I mean I know I shouldn't be worried about this part but boys have never liked me that way. So seriosuly is there anything out there?

each and each mirror is somewhat improper. It relies upon on the thickness of the glass, the age of the mirror, and how it somewhat is fastened. The thicker the glass, and the greater modern-day the mirror, the purifier the mirrored image would be. in case you're taking a low value door mirror from objective and mount it on the wall with a mushy bump interior the middle at the back of it, you have a fat mirror, simply by fact the image is pulled to the middle. in case you place the bumps on each and each end, it is going to likely be a skinny mirror. in case you prefer to look your terrific, regardless of the certainty, I in many situations advise employing an older mirror that for the time of all fairness thick. the colour isn't so silver - it somewhat is greater champaign, so which you have a advantageous tone. Tone down the lights slightly - and - voila!

Eat healthy- becoming vegetarian would help you lose weight and improve your skin and hair. Drink lotsa water and tea-it will improve your complexion. Exercise-join a sports team or gym and work out to take off the pounds you don't want. Not having self-confidence IS a psychological problem. But it's a problem miiillllions of women deal with everyday. When you are happy with yourself and accept yourself the way you are, boys will be interested in you and you'll have more friends.

Haven't you ever heard that beauty is only skin deep? Well, it's true. It's difficult to change your weight just by sitting down and resolving to do it, though it certainly can be done. It's even tougher for some people, considering that being bigger isn't necessarily a result of eating more, as much as it's a result of genetics, which are VERY hard to change. Get a trainer who will really push you, but only do that if you're certain that YOU want to change--NOT because you think that's what society wants you to do. As far as acne and that sort of thing, there are plenty of products/medications that really do work! Try them out, it may take awhile to find one that works for you, but don't get discouraged and keep trying. Don't sweat worrying about boys, anyone who tells you they don't worry about the opposite sex is LYING. It sounds cliche, but there really are plenty of boys out there who will like you for YOU--as is. Try internet dating or that sort of thing, advertise yourself accurately though! Don't avoid the mirror, look right into it and start working on having some self confidence. No one can make you feel bad about yourself if you don't let them!

try getting something like proactive for the pimples, and if they wont go away see a dermatoligist.

I wont go on with the crap about how beauty only matter from the inside, because I know feeling pretty on the outside is a big plus too :]

for your skin, I have really white skin and i personaly think its pretty. but you might try moustrizing it so it's not so ashy.

Take good care of yourself too ie; make sure you do your eyebrows, learn how to apply makeup, smell nice, ect.

for you hair, I dare you to try straightning it, or curling it, buy shine product for it and see if it helps, spend some time one day just practicing styles in front of the mirror, I'm sure you'll find at least one or two that you like.

If your concerned about wieghing too much please, dont starve yourself. Instead eat light things, like ceral, fruit, smoothies, crackers. Try and avoid huge helpings, cut down on the bread and pasta, talk to your doctor too.

Best of luck, and god bless :]

some ppl dont like to look in the mirror b/c they're afraid of what they look like. other girls do b/c they want to make sure they look good for the guys at all times. for the pimples try proactive or clean & clear...those are the best products. wash your hair everyday, and condition the bottom half of ur hair then blow dry once done. eat your main food groups, workout 3-4 days a wk. dont eat junk food.

I think that you should learn to accept who you are and then you will start being more confident. after you do that you could try drinking a lot of water, finding a really good shampoo and conditioner and then eating healthier food and exercising. I'm sure you look fine anyway and you just need more confidence.

also new clothes and shoes always works for me, it might be hard to find clothes that look good at first, but once you find something you love you'll feel better too

the best thing i can tell u is. dont look at the negitives. look at the positives. think of all the things that u like about urself. you have to start small. and over time u'll like who you are more and more. what makes boys like u, is how u carry urself. and how confident you are, even if ur not. you have to show the world that no one can bring u down and that u love being you.(kinda corney i know, sorry!..lol)

hope that helped.

if you take care of yourself
drink LOTS of water
eat healthy
and exersize for 30-45 min. a
day that should help

and just so you know beauty dies
but your personality will always live
and guys should like you for who you are;
not for how you look
