the valves of my truck make noises when I started in the morning, I saw a white grease under the oil cap. Only have 87,000k I guess the additive that I ysed before cloged my lifters. How can I clened the inside of my engine without cloged my oil pump?

white grease is probably parrafin wax. do you use pennzoil or quaker state? if you do, STOP!
switch to valvoline or castrol, or any oil company brand (i.e. chevron, unocal, etc..)
the parrafin builds up and becomes sludge if you don't drive far and allow the engine to heat up every single time.

it could be a sign of a headgasket, but I doubt it, you didn't say if white smoke were coming out the tailpipe.

change your oil and filter, do not put any additives in. you use additives to try and remedy problems, not because they're there. a lot of them are just snake oils.

Try adding Rislone to the oil. I have been using this oil additive for 20 years in my old Chrysler to keep the lifters clean and working great.

White gunk in the oil could indicate coolant is leaking around a bad head gasket, etc.

if you got white stuff under the oil cap, thats a good indication of a leaking head gasket.if your engine is clean, then you can take a quart of kerosene and run it through it,but dont leave it running too long, about 5 or 6 minutes is long enough, then change the oil and filter.or you can buy motor flush at auto zone.
