Almay's lip colours (www.almay.com) especially their hydracolour lip stuffs are pretty good as well.
You can also go to any drug store and try out all the colours. Good rule of thumb: Take your natural lip colour, and go 2 shades deeper, and that is the perfect colour for your lips.
Go for shiny lipcolours and gloss if your lips are small and you want them larger, and for more matte colours if you want your lips to look smaller..

Not sure what color. But when you test at the store, test the color on your inner wrist. What color do you like best there? It's great to spot check there so you dont have to worry about removing test colors on your lips. And you can test several colors side by side. My skin is medium and I have brown hair with hazel eyes; so sorry I dont have a color recommendation for you.

I would try a soft mauve pink, or a peachy pink. Buy those two color lipsticks and then buy lipgloss that matches those colors to put over the lipstick. Don't forget to buy soft blush in a pinky/peach color.

The season calls for berry shades. You can go bolder if you choose but try a gloss first that's a little more sheer before you go for full on color. Most department stores have a "Don't like it, return it" policy. Take advantage of it and try several different shades.

My all time fav color is India from Chanel...its a creamy rosey pink color, not too bright, but just enough to give your lips a pop!

well pink looks great on everyone
but if you want to look natural then clear gloss is good..
if you want to look flirty i would suggest a
light red/pink
