Not yet. Sure, he's made some mistakes, but nothing that has actually caused any serious harm.

There are a lot of politicians out there acting maliciously, and causing far more actual permanent harm. This guy is just making rookie mistakes, which many politicians do. Let him accept the slap on the wrist, and pay back what should have come out of his pocket.

For now, there's a lot more dangerous politicians out there than this guy spending a few hundred dollars too much on transportation costs.

He's off to a terrible start. The State of Massachusetts faces an enormous fiscal crisis and he is spending almost $30,000 on drapes for his office. Go figure. It's been one mistake after another. None of it seems to involve dishonesty -- just stupidity.
