The seem to forever be chasing a younger and younger audience with a more and more urban appeal.(i.e. rap).
Does anyone who genuinely likes rock n roll still watch mtv?

NO! MTV is crap. It focuses on spoiled high schoolers. It started when headbangers' ball was awesome and now it's all about the sucka free. too bad...

Not really, MTV isn't what it used to be, I used to watch it to hear music, all it is now is reality shows and not great ones at that, and music that I can't stand. It is a shame, MTV used to be great.

No, I like MTV2, even VH1 used to be more about music, now its all about reality shows.
