My Yahoo is set to show questions from all over the world. Is your question coming from U.S.? If so, I am fairly certain Sidekick is an exclusive for T-Mobile. Since it's a very expensive phone, I don't expect to see it free anywhere. Free phones are only offered with a long-term service plan and usually the phone value is less than 300 dollars because the plan value is more than 300 dollars. See how that works?
By the way, T-Moble cripples some features that are available in the stock phone so you won't be able to add free ringtones or make voice dialed calls. But if you love the phone otherwise, call T-Mobile and see what they offer.
