when showering or bathing water makes high pitched noise,cold water pressure is good hot not as good.?

changed the way water drains but do not think that is noise problem,seems more water pressure.no other water faucet makes noise just this one any help .. thanks

Best guess would be a bad washer on the hot faucet stem. You will need to turn the water supply off and remove the stem to get to the washer. It is probably broken and also blocking the flow of the water, causing bad pressure.
