One of the main ideas of the documentary was that CO2 emissions mainly occur naturally and earth's temperature changes have occurred before, in cycles. The programme was very thought provoking, what is your opinion?

I think it makes a lot of sense. And sparbles, Why is it a problem to you if this video is backed by fossil fuel proponents? Gore's video is backed by scientists who make a ton of money off this bs, and also companies who would greatly benefit from everybody using alternate fuels. So either way, Gore's backers are not any more "innocent" than the big bad oil companies.

I have seen a similar program aired on US public TV. that show very good scientic evidence to back the claim that global warming is part of a natural long term cycle. The numbers for the "carbon footprint" theory posed in Mr Al Gore's documentary, "An Inconvient Truth" do not justify human activity as the sole cause of global warming, but could be considered a contributing factor.

Of course ,Mr Gore once claimed he "Invented " the internet.

Before you think too much, check the sponsors of the program. I bet the program was backed by fossil fuel proponents.
I bet they are a neutral source. ;)
