I would wait a few more days to take a hpt. You could be spotting, and may start your period soon. If you don't, then 3-5 days after a missed period is the best time to test, as the test will be more accurate.
I'm 9 weeks pregnant, and the only indication that I had was a missed period and lots of cramping (similar to period cramps).

It's possible that you are pregnant. Some women experience light cramping and spotting in early pregnancy.
It's also possible you have not yet ovulated and are now doing so. In which case, your period would not actually be due for another couple of weeks.
Rarely, you can have a corpus luteum cyst. This can delay your period, but I do not know if it is painful or not.
I'd recommend taking a home pregnancy test. If it's positive, make an OB appt. If it's negative, wait a few days-a couple of weeks and see if your period shows up. If you have a positive pregnancy test and your cramping and/or bleeding gets worse, see a doc right away.

It is possible you are pregnant. The first month I was pregnant I had pms symptoms with the rusty discharge. I had thought I was pregnant too but every test came back negative so I waited the next month I missed again so I tested I got a positive and come to find out I was 2 months prego. So I had a ton of false negatives. If you don't want to wait just call and make a dr apt. that will tell you for sure. Good Luck

The recognizing you're adventure could very properly be an extremely easy era. i might advise in case you're nonetheless showing unfavorable on the at living house assessments, visit the same old practitioner and function them do a blood attempt purely to ensure you at the instant are not pregnant. i don't think of the recognizing will harm your differences of having pregnant next month until there is yet another clarification why your era is easy/non-existent this month. good success to you.
