I am VERY short (5') and i want the jeans to look very good.

hello. im a short girl too, even shorter than you at 4'11" so i know what you are talking about. try going to either pacsun because they have these Tilt jeans which come in SHORT. they're pretty cheap, they often have sales which go 2 for $60 but sometimes if you catch them, it goes on sale for either 2 for $55 or even 2 for $50. i also like going to AE. they have SHORT jeans too. however they are a little more. they go from $40 to $60. good luck!

I think its very important to invest in a good pair of the basics. A white collared shirt, pair of black slacks, and of course, JEANS! I would say buy a pair of lucky jeans or seven and I know Buckle will hem them for you. Without knowing your body shape I couldn't tell you what fit looks best but if you want to elongate your legs don't get flared. Buy a straight fit. If you want someting less expensive try gap. They carry endless assortment of styles.

You should try going to a store where they sell Tall, Short, and Average jeans like Gap, or NY & Co. =)

You might try http://www.myshape.com/ I personally haven't purchased anything from them, but they claim to be able to match clothes to specific body types. You enter your measurements and style preferences, and they do the rest. Prices are on the high side, so be prepared...but it's worth a look.

dont wear low rise jeans, theyre not good for short people. wear jeans that are a normal height, not too low, not too high. try old navy or gap. they have different rises and theyre not too expensive. especially old navy.

Try the resale shop, with your size you can find stuff that hasn't even been worn yet. Perhaps with the tag.
