Nokia n80 work best if you run the latest generic software .If you contact club nokia explain problem to them ,they will direct you to nearest nokia repaire centre .They will flash your phone for you .If you have had more than 3 handsets then Nokia normally replace with brand new hanset .Remember only except handsets with a Sealed Box .

Are u sure you're getting a new replacement? The reason I ask is that some suppliers only replace with a "repaired" model from pool stock. As in, they have say 5 phones for repairs, your new one breaks, it goes into the pool to be repaired and you get one out of the pool, and so on and so on. A year or so later, you get a phone that has been openned up and repaired so many times, it's a wonder it works at all. To see how old it is, switch it on and dial * # 02702689# and scroll through the menu til you find "manufactured"

Its probably something that could be fixed. Possibly its a software fault. Just go to www.nokia.com support. I also reckon that they given you 2nd hand handsets.
