According to the EPA, the average American produces 4.5 pounds of solid waste per day (link 1). According to the CDC, the average life expectancy for an American is 77.9 years (link 2). Math yields a total therefore of about 92,980 pounds (about 46.5 tons) of solid waste in one lifetime.

Of course, scroll down in link 1 a bit and you'll find that production have varied rather widely. And life expectancy changes too. So this is - at best - a very loose estimate.
