Dude, given your requirements, it's difficult to give you a definitive source. You could try a couple of sources: Ebay might have it, but the seller would have to wait to receive your money in the mail before he would send it to you. You could ask someone on battle.net to sell you a used copy (doubt this would be a good idea, I wouldn't trust anyone there). You could also try going to flea markets, I recall sometimes seeing used software for sale at them.
