to tell you the truth I think it is going to be the University of North Texas...have you seen how athletic they are?

It seems to me that North Texas would be a good pick for an upset, only if they are playing a team with inferior athleticism in the first round such as Duke. The team that is probably most likely going to be this year's cinderella is Winthrop. Winthrop has made the tournament three years in a row, which means that are tourney tested and are not just happy to be there anymore. Winthrop also lost by 2 last year to Tennessee when Chris Lofton made a tough shot from the deep corner to win the game. This year, Winthrop has a dynamic backcourt with Michael Jenkins who can flat out shoot the basketball and Torrell Martin who can slash to the hoop. They have a steady inside presence who can step out and hit the jumper in Craig Bradshaw. They lost at North Carolina by only 7 and at Wisconsin by only 3. On bracketbuster Saturday they defeated Missouri St, from the now "dont call me midmajor" Missouri Valley Conference. Winthrop is for real...

VCU could pull a first round upset, and so could Wright State and Creighton. Southern Illinois isn't really a sleeper anymore and Winthrop, depending on their seeding, can make a run into the Sweet Sixteen. Brigham Young is another team that can make a deep run. They're not really as much of a sleeper as VCU or Wright State, but they still have a lot of talent and have won quite a few games against tough opponents, especially Air Force.

davidson, this team can play, and if they can hit their 3 pointers nobody can stop them. Stephen Curry has a magnificent shot and can fire it up in the blink of an eye. Defensively teams will have to double team him, which leaves other players like jason richards open to shoot the ball. Defensively they are solid as well, they suffocate their opponents and it is very difficult to get inside presence. I'm telling u, i expect this team to make the sweet 16, maybe a litltle further.

Yeah they look good. Winthrop and Creighton also look hot and Wright St. I think is gonna do good because they beat Butler for the Championship.
