Voodoo.. Please, look up Greenhouse gases on wikipedia or any other website or encyclopedai.. Greenhouse gasses trap heat.. Burning fossil fuels traps heat.. The more fossil fuel emissions we release the hotter the earth gets.. its f'n logic..

besides.. if you choose to be ignorant to Global Warming.. Go look at my other question.. actually read it.. and rebutt my 3 points..

Methane.. Your retort is funny.. But you still havn't made a single point besides trying to discredit the work of "liberals" who are trying to save America from thier Fossil Fuel economy.. Don't you think America would be better off with an economy based on something we can actually make like ethanol instead of something that is costly and inefficent to import ??

I am lighting a fart in prayer tonight you see the error of your ways as it relates to the junk science of global warming.
When I run you over with my SUV that 50mpg you get in your Prius is not going to do S to keep you out of the hospital. LOL

Shabtown: ethanol would be fine but quite costly to produce. I prefer methane its free and abundantly available. If we can just find a way to fart into our cars we would be all set.

During the 60s and the 70s the automobile industry said it would be too expensive to put seat belts in cars and make them safe. Now they are taking credit for it. Problem is that while Detroit was so busy fighting safety and mileage standards; Toyota, Nissan, and Honda were busy developing safe and fuel efficient cars that people wanted to buy.
Even if virtually all of the peered reviewed science is wrong about global warming, there are plenty of good reasons to cut down on our dependence on fossil fuels. We don't need to be fighting wars in the Middle East or drilling in wildlife refuges to squeeze out the last little bit of a dwindling resource that only gets more expensive as the demand outstrips the supply. There are also other highly toxic substances going into our atmosphere from our current energy use (waste).

I don't know about taking away our SUV's but I know for a fact you libs want to take away my money to fund whatever social program you feel is necessary at the moment. So far you've yet to make any valid points regarding global warming. As yet another alarmist, all I've seen you do so far is suggest people are stupid for not agreeing with you. You're not changing peoples minds. We have the same opinion of you that you have of us.

@Shab - I know all about greenhouse gases. I also know that the sun's activity correllates more closely to global temperatures than CO2 levels do. I also know that most greenhouse gases are produced by natural processes (only around 2 percent of greenhouse gases come from combustion emissions). I would imagine I am much more knowledgeable about Global warming than you and your wikipedia site. If you really want to debate the issue feel free to email me as I'm running out of room here. Cheers!

yeah! those darn death trap Prius's..

and of course we hate America! we want troops in Iraq to fail just because we want Bush to look bad(although i think he's doing a good enough job on his own without more troops dying)!

we've NEVER done ANYTHING to help this country and we should all be exiled from America.(HA! I'd like to see how long America actually IS America if we weren't here.)

Don't laugh they took our muscle cars from the sixties away.
Every car from the sixties that I had had better emissions than the new ones with the catalitic converters so they lied to us then they can lie to us now.
Further more many people who have little cars and bigger families have to end up taking both cars if they want to go on a family outing or anything so then how is that saving on anything?

And God forbid people should carry more than one person (themselves) in those huge SUVs, or ride a bus to work.

I don´t understand people who burn a gallon of gas driving to the store for a gallon of milk.

It's funny how the price of gas is sky high but there are more SUVs on the road than ever before. Yes, those Republicans are truly mentally ill. I wonder how they justify the need for those huge, ugly disgusting vehicles.

Hardly. This sounds more like a cartoon quote. Conservatives prefer the real world.

We're mentally ill? Do us all a favor and go find your tin foil hat and take your medication. Once you do that, then re read your question and let me know what you think.
