If you are currently enrolled in college and want to work for Disney you should consider the Disney College Program, that might be what your thinking about. Its a full-time program that requires living, learning, and working at Disney. Checkout the official website for more info:
http://www.wdwcollegeprogram.com
If you just want to work for Disney as a regular Cast Member, you can easily apply for a job at the Disney Casting Center or by calling thier Job Line at 407-828-1000.
Dont get confused with the Disney Institute, that is not for college students, its for companies.

haha, no, u don't have to go to DU to work for disney. yes, there IS a Disney University, but it's for taking class. example, if u join the college program, u can take certain classes there like leadership or management. u also go through the disney traditions (it's a class that EVERYONE has to take) in the classrooms at DU, and any special training classes for ur work location.
u can apply for disney for a seasonal job, meaning u only have to work 40 hrs a YEAR to keep ur stat as a cast member. it's pretty easy considering most cast members work 40+ hrs a week.

I have no idea. But I did drive by my local tech college the other day and say a sign out that said they welcome the disney institute.. I don't know if that helps you or not.
