Depends on the woman, height, body shapes, genetics, etc. There are a lot of factors. Normally, losing 10 or more pounds will cause breast reduction.

It depends on your genetic makeup. With me, when I lose weight, those are the first to go (but the last to grow back), but some women can diet and diet and lose it elsewhere, but keep their chests more or less the same size.

You probably will notice after 10 lbs. Other people won't though.

usually you don't lose in your breasts. I lost 100 pounds and my boobs stayed the same.

you shouldn't try to lose weight just for your breat to be obvious...because as you lose weight...the fat in your breast is lessened as well...it will even be sagged so it wouldn't be nice to look at...

It depends upon "what" you are losing. Breasts are mostly fat. But..it depends on where you fat stores are.
