I was working for that Person for 11Years,now I get fired without notice,what can I do?Because I say its cold in the Shop.It was - 42C outside,and 0C inside,so I told hem and he told me,if you dont like it,work outside.

it's tough to come to terms with, but have a belief in yourself, never lose it, it's their loss, you must have been doing something right having 11 years with someone, sell your experience it's hard to come by. good luck

If you are not valued by the employer, you are not supposed to be there in the first place.

Find a job which you can contribute positively without overworking yourself.

A business that treats its employee like burden instead of assets is probably struggling to survive due to bad sales.

. See if you are eligible for unemployment. then look for a new job, but keep your appointments with the unemployment office and fight your firing. Make him pay for firing you

You get another job. It is possible you have grounds for unfair dismissal.

That depends on your State laws. In my State of Oklahoma you don't even need a reason to fire someone. It's called "At will employment" Which means, you can be fired at will.
