what are the biological in terms of vocal chords etc. differences between black singers and white singers?

what are the differences biologically in terms of nasal space, vocal chords just ENT (ear nose throat) in general?

I'm a speech pathologist and i had to study the anatomy and physiology of the vocal tract, specifically as to how it related to vocal quality. I have never heard of any general differences between races, only between men and women.
