I'm in the worst friggin mood and I can't help but to yell and go off the deep end on everyone! Is it just me or does everyone just get stupider at this time?! AAAHHH! I hate PMS!!!

Aww don't be in a bad mood. It'll all be over soon, it's okay. I understand exactly how you feel. Sometimes I cannot even stand up without holding my stomach.
And I also think PMS days should be holidays for those at work, school, etc. lol.

You think PMS or PMT stresses you out, hell, I am a bloke, had two daughters so I suffered 3 times a month.

I go through the same thing. It makes me feel really bad afterward to everybody i was moody too. I'd say that it is completely normal for every female to go through this.

It does it to me to. but heres the good news: you have an excuse. so when your mood is so bad that you CANT STAND IT I say--pop a midol and do things that you like to relax- I like candle lit baths and music or a book. It will work- TRUST ME

Im PMS-ing too! You take down as many people as you feel like! Especially the stupid men who say that its not bad, women are weak and can't handle pain! Pain? We will show them PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!................ O.k Im done. I feel better now.
