i haven't shaved for a couple of weeks, but they seem reocurring. They're really small, red, and itchy I've never been sexually active...what do you think it is?

It's most likely ingrown hairs and irritation from your clothing. If you normally do shave and decided to let it grow back, the new hairs rubbing the skin that is used to be bare can be causing the rash. The new hairs growing in can become ingrown due to rubbing from clothing and cause the bumps as well.

It culd just b ingrown hairs.Or,just shaving bumps fr/the last time u did shave.*

I have those too... i think.
I don't worry about it and I've looked up tons of info. previously on the subject... and all they've said is not to worry about it.
I'm just thinking of this... it will sound really stupid... but maybe they are pimples? haha yes i know that's weird but maybe it is! i never thought about it until now...
If you are really worried ask a doctor about it.

I think it's ingrown pubic hair. Everyone gets them even if you havnt shaved there- everyone has them. I think there like...pimples
