wear brown eyeliner, black will be too harsh. or you could also go with a dark blue or green which will make your eyes pop more, but remember not to go too dark and if you want a darker color, make sure the line is very thin

I think for a natural look a nude eyeshadow with a little brown eyeliner blended underneath your bottom lids not to heavy or it will look to much, i have blonde hair and fair skin but blue eyes and wear black liquid liner with a flick out of the corners but i have dark streaks in my hair so it complements it well, if your fair with hazel eyes maybe you dont need makeup at all! x

Definately brown, but if you feel like you gotta go dark eyeliner every now and then, try the color 'Vixen' in Revlon's eyeliner selection. My god, dark purple is the last color I thought would be on my mind for eyeliner but with blue or hazel eyes, it REALLY brings out color! Just remember not to over-do it :) For eyeshadow, gold/neutral tones are always a winner, but light purple and brown tones will do it for you too.

You sound about the same complexion and hair color as my daughter. Her eyes are also hazel. She never wears black as it is too harsh. She usually wears gray or brown and sometimes wears a grayish-purple. The purple is toned down by the gray and seems very muted. This eyeliner is the one that really makes her eyes pop. It is very becoming to her. Her eye shadows are usually a whitish tone and have a slight sheen to them. They are very soft and subtle. I don't know how old you are, but my daughter is 20, but only looks about 15. She is very pretty and wears make up every day. It always looks very nice. Hope this helps.

I have hazel eyes too, and they say black looks better but I like to use Almay intense eye color brown topaz, its pretty and like glittery, i think that would look pretty.... and for eyeshadow, the hazel almay shadow pad thing, that has the three colors, that would be pretty, don't forget the eyeshadow!! hope my opinion helps :-D

Probably a dark brown, like an exspresso color, sometimes black makes your eyes look far back in your head where the black color overpowers your eyecolor

To make hazel eyes pop out try a light pink or purple. The contrast will make your eyes beautiful.

Try using dark green, or dark green eye shadow instead of eye liner. I have hazel eyes and I started using forest green liner or shadow and I get soooo many compliments. Good luck
