that depends ( no pun intended) on your overall physical health. Are you overweight, out of shape? Do you consume a lot of alcohol? or coffee? I would start there. or maybe not drink anything for 2 hours befor you go to bed. very many problems (of all kinds) simply go away when you get into shape, and start eating/drinking right. If you are in excellent health, and you still have this problem, call a doctor.

Some people would not wake if a train went through their bedroom walls.

If you are a teenager... go to a specialist ... they have some tricks... for example, restrict your drinks before you go to sleep, urinate before you go to bed, wake at 2 am and have a wizzer, put an alarm pad that is moisture activated, and finally some drugs are available that will assist.

You can put something waterproof under your sheets to protect your matress and you can help your caregiver by washing your PJ's, sheets and blankets when it happens.

For older bedwetters, the onset of puberty is a cure, although there are some very late bedwetters around, that still wet the bed throughout puberty and I suppose there are a few beyond that. In those hard cases, drugs often provide "relief" but you need a specialist to prescribe them and they can have some very nasty side effects if used outside recommended dosages and circumstances.
