I use to be a size 7 and now I'm a size 22. I want to lose this wieght and keep it off for good. I have 4 childrens and the youngest is 4. i want to be more active with them. I am in a relationship and the man I with said my wieght don't bother him. But I know it does. It bothers me. So I am trying to lose wirght but it seems that I have gotten bigger instesd of smaller. Why? I get inbearest when I have to go buy me clothing, I know people are looking at me and talking. This is how I feel. My 4 year old had told me one day "mom your fat", I started to cry. I never wanted to be this why. So Please someone help me to fined away to lose this weight.

I know how you feel. I gained 100 pounds when I got pregnant with my daughter. And since then, i've lost about 65 pounds. I hate HATE hate HATE exercise. So, to lose the weight, basically, I changed my diet. I try not to eat fast food more then once a month, if I do, I always get some sort of chicken. At home, I totally do portion control and watch what I eat. I try to eat about 1200 calories the whole day. I eat veggies and fruits and lots of salad. I do minimal exercising, cause I hate it, but I try to walk 3 times a week. I would probably lose more weight if I went to the gym, but I am trying to work up the energy. Anyway, for me, just cutting the calories and fat has helped me to lose the weight. Sometimes I will do situps and some light weights to try and tone some flabby parts. But, like I said, i'm not an exercise freak. But, to lose the weight fast, you would need to exercise. I would start with some walking maybe twice a week, then work up to three, then four, then five. I could see you losing this weight safely in about 2-3 years. Crash diets don't work. Believe me, I know. Been on a few only to gain back plus more. Good luck. GNC has a great line of weightloss products called Diet Rev...I lost 25 pounds in a month just by taking the pills and walking twice a week...do not drink carbonated beverages, cutting out pop will help a lot.....Maybe talk to your doctor...your doctor wouldbe able to tell you if you are a good candidate for gastric bypass surgery which has helped a lot of people I know...just make sure you set realistic goals for yourself...its not going to happen all at once...maybe 20 in 2 months and go from there...when you hit your 20 pound mark move on to the new 20 pounds...setting your mind to lose 20 pounds is a whole lot easier than saying that you need to lose 100 Good Luck!!!

You should start walking to your GED classes. You're also kind of illiterate.

mAYBE THATS SUPOSE TO BE YOUR WEIGHT NOT EVERYBODY IS SUSPOSE TO B SMALL BUT I DO HOPE YOU GET TO YOUR DESIRED WEIGHT THAT ISN'T BEING PRESSURED ON BY ANYBODY ELSE.
