i only need about 15-20 yards i only throw about 40 now i need to get to where i can compete for a starting position next year in HS and i'm accurate i just need a little more distance. thanks for your help

i play another sport and can not get into the weight training program. i need somthing i can do to at home. i thought this might but other answers are appreciated. thanks

Uh...It will help your arm get stronger with practice...The heavier it is, the lest velocity it is going to have on it...So, you won't be throwing 50 yard bombs with the weight...What you will be doing is strengthening your arm, so it will be easier to throw a regular ball farther...

Prolly, just trow alot but dont hurt your self. U still got time to pump some iron and get your arm in shape for HS try outs

lift weights and remember proper footing makes a throw go 10 yds farther

My guess is that it will screw your accuracy up and hurt your shoulder.

I pitched in college and tried the same thing with weighted baseballs; it didn't make me throw any harder, just screwed up my throwing mechanics.

dude all you have to do is lift weights and have you coach work with you and just stay in condition by running

you'll just hurt your arm , lift weights and use technique
