Depends on what you want to spend. Easiest and quickest way would be to turbo-charge it, but you are looking at $4,000 or so.
Cold air intake can give you about 15-20 extra horsepower, added with a good exhaust system, for another 15 or so... done right you're looking at $700 or so just for that.
Also, I get the impression that you are not too big on the import mod scene, so I definately wouldn't recommend NOS...

There are lots of things you can do to make cars faster,however having said that be advised if you didn't know this,the more power you get out of a engine the shorter the life span of that engine,theres always a trade off.

There are alot of upgrades available. Unfortunately to make a real difference you need to spend alot of money. A custom turbo setup would give you the biggest increase in power but would cost you 3-5 grand depending on the setup. Modifying cars is very expensive!

headers, a good exhaust system,then cold air intake, then look for a high performance chip for your car, bigger throttle body intake with a spacer.
