I have asked myself this question MANY times before. Surface was an amazing television show, but I fear that it didn't do as well with the rest of the community as it did with me. The likely hood of it re-surfacing (no pun intended) is rare, in my opinion. The critics continually bashed it and it wasn't able to hold that large of a fan base.
I'm not sure if you have seen the television show Threshold, it was out around the time of Surface - but this is another show that in my personal opinion, was very entertaining and a lot could be done with it, but it's probably gone for good ):
The only hope that we fans can do is to start a petition, but even then the chances of bringing Surface back on air is slim to none.

That is so wrong, Surface was great entertainment, then it was just...gone. Same as Invasion, just leave you hangin'. I don't like to lose good shows, seems like most shows now are reality crap. As far as them bringing back Surface, sorry to say...no. Darn it.
