House Dems. give in , What happen ?

House Dems. give GWB 100 Billion Dollars for Iraq. Bush asked for 98 Billion. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says he needs more money and time in Iraq. If by July 15 things do not look good he has 180 days to move troops. What happen to getting our troops out didn't she understand ? I was told this is what the election in Nov. was all about ?

Yo Che! The Democrats are in a tough position because we are heading into an election year and they don't want to look bad. So, unfortunately, their politicking is undermining the wave of sentiment that brought them to power. By putting in this plan they look like they are being both supportive of the troops now and then before people vote they can say it's done, we set an ultimatum and the Republicans blew it. Politics really do stink. Politicians seem to forget whom they represent and seek only to keep their power (or increase it).

You have to come to the understanding that having a majority does not mean that they run the house. This was the problem that the Republicans had when they had the majority, without 60 votes, you have nothing. When you only have 52 seats you are 8 seats short of being able to push things through.

If you want to know the real problem is, it is the news media. Since they only report one side of the story, they are the ones that are polarizing the nation. When people vote strictly because of party lines, they are blind to the interest of the nation.

Dont worry the dems finally look like they are ready to sign the surrender orders to the terrorists in Iraq, who bytheway arent even the same people we started fighting to begin with because we already beat the official Iraqi military.

So now the dems are ready to give in to any rogue group with guns. Hand over our sovereignty to the UN then give our military over to the dems. That will most def make us a stronger better nation that will preserve our childrens rights. First Libya can tell us how to treat our citizens. Then Iran can map out our future military strategy. Dont forget to let China and Russia plan our economy. When the US truly has no power left, then this world will be a better place. After all, look at what a paradise it was before the US ever existed.
