Yes - weak hand shakers don't realize that this limp method of shaking hands indicates a little more about their personality than they are aware. For those guys who think a firm handshake is one in which they are testing the person's ability to squeeze back even harder, they are wrong. A firm handshake is one in which you grip the hand - that's all. It is an important first impression. You don't have to squeeze, you simply grab it, a gentle squeeze and let go.
