you have to push the two tall pillars(the ones where you first came into that area back up that elavator), drop them so they fall on top of each other. Push them next to the vines, now jump on top of that gazibo thing by jumping on top of the door ledge next to it. Its been a while since i've played, but
you should able to get from there.

Tom is right. Also, when start climbing the vines it becomes a timed event. It seems like the time runs down quickly, just be patient and do not over-think it and you will make with a little time to spare.
