Get thee to the doctor to see if you have greensticking (this is when the bones cracks but don't break) or if there is intercostal trauma

I was in a car accident in 2003. I walked out fine, when I saw the car I was surprised that I was alive.
What had hapen is that your body took most of the blow, though you don't have any physical damage to outside of your body, your internal skeletal might be affected.
I didn't know until a year later that my back pain was actually my spine getting microfractures from the accident. Which led me to have a spinal surgery, I would suggest for you to go get some X-Ray and some CT scan so that youcan get some help immediately before you get something bad like being paralyzed.

? didn't get hurt ?
I don't know how that happened, it must not have been going that fast. I got thrown when it was 78 and broke a lot of bones. Maybe you broke some ribs

Was the accident someone else's fault like the other driver? If so, get a lawyer so you can get some damages i.e. money. That is what I did and got paid!!

You need to go to your Doctor & share this information. you will probably be sent for all kinds of neurological tests & stuff, but they will find the reason for your pain. The sooner you go to your Doc; the better.

Go see a doctor, if you're lucky, you might only have a broken rib and or a punctured lung.
And....Next time wear a seatbelt.
