Has anyone heard of the Expressions college in San Francisco, Cali.?

I want to go to school for animation and I found this college and they call themselves the "college for digital arts" it says that it is an accredited school but I have never heard of it before neither has anyone else that I have talked to. If you have heard of it is it a good school to go to?
