what does it mean by "additional usage charges & purchases??" can someone tell me what does it mean or like what does it include cause my brother is to pay $8.68 for that and I have to pay $39.94... please help me!!... i want to know...

you prob went over your minuites, or texted w/o texting rights, or you could of went on the net w/o net rights... for me to help you more i gotta know what ur plan is :P
