I have windows XP pro. I couldn't open the file so I also downloaded WinRar. But I am clueless after reading about it. Extraction, etc. I have no idea what to do with it.Please help.
This is a live recording that I really want to listen to and copy.

install winrar after you done that right click the file & from the menu select extract files here once it does that look in the same folder for the music file or a folder thats the same name as the rar file

1. Download WinRAR.
2. Install WinRAR.
3. Right-click over the RAR file and select "extract".

Just think as the .rar file as a box. By extracting it you are taking it out of the box. If you right click on the file you should be able to select "Winrar" and then click "Extract to here..." The file should should up in the same folder. Then you can listen to the song as much as you want!

If you've installed WinRar, then all you need to do is double click the .rar archive. You'll see two folders, one that says ".." and one with the name of the archive. Select the folder that says ".." and select "Extract To" It's the second icon on the top bar. Select where you want to extract your files two and extract!

Well in order to open with winRAR just put it in winRAR and then just double click on it and then it will unzip the file and if you just want to add it to somewhere like iTunes just add it to winRAR
and just drag and drop it in iTunes
