No. Verizon's phones are CDMA which don't use sim cards.

In most cases, no. SIM cards are generally used for GSM providers, although iDEN providers such as Nextel are including them now as well, albeit not required. When Verizon upgrades from CDMA to W-CDMA (if ever), you'll see them have SIM cards. Other than that, today Verizon provides SIM cards to those who need international roaming. This SIM card can be used in a loaner or customer provided handset that works overseas or one of their dual system CDMA/GSM phones. These phones are quite rare and are only provided to customers who specifically request them because they roam overseas a lot and while I don't have an exact figure, I'd say 99.9% of Verizon customers do not have SIM cards at this time.
