Yes. For the most part, I think it's 20%. It may differ depending on what store you work in, or what region of the country you're in. I know at the store here in town my friend that worked at the salon got 20% off any purchase in the store, then, since she worked at the Penney's at the mall, she also got a 10% mall discount.
