It seems that what ever page I click when on line seems to be very small and difficult to read. I think I must have hit a setting by mistake.

Hold down Ctrl and use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down to change the size of the text :)

You can also select View on the tool bar at the top of the screen, then 'Text Size' and the option you want.

Internet Explorer 7 also has a magnifying glass in the bottom right corner, select the little arrow next to it to change the zoom.

If this is in Windows Explorer you can go to View>Text Size and the pick the size you prefer.

go "view" on the standard toolbar and the "increase/decrease the text there)

It depends on your browser.

IE -> View menu, Font size
Firefox -> View Menu, Text size
and so on.
